Q: Why is my discount not showing up in the cart?
A: Unfortunately, Paypal does not currently have an area programmed in for us to offer the discount. You will, however, receive your discount. It will be sent as a refund back to you within 12 hours or less through Paypal to your credit or debit card. We have urged Paypal to add this as another feature to their service and we are hopeful it will soon be resolved.
A: Most items are shipped via United States Postal Service. Occasionally, we use UPS. We offer FREE shipping on all items bought from this site to the USA including Alaska and Hawaii. We will continue to offer free shipping as long as it is feasible for our USA customers, but costs are rising for same.
Canada & International Shipments: We ship USPS Priority International Mail to Canada and Express International Mail to all other countries so that we have a tracking number. If you are an International Customer, simply place your order for the item(s) you desire and check out. We will then determine the weight and size of those items and invoice you separately on shipping. If you are wanting to know an estimate of shipping charges prior to purchase, please contact us by email and we will estimate it for you based on your desired items to purchase. All items are shipped in discreet packaging. You will be sent an email once your order has shipped with the tracking number information for your convenience.

SATISFACTION Guaranteed! Feel safe knowing that if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items for store credit or exchange for another size. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if you would like to qualify for an exchange or merchandise credit. Please do not ship your items back without receiving prior approval for an exchange. Returns should be mailed in unworn condition, free of makeup, perfume and odors and have the original packaging included. Please be advised that due to the fact that we offer free shipping to our USA customers, returned items with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This does not apply to our International customers. Buyer always pays return shipping to us. Missing items or packaging may be subject to additional restocking fee. Due to U.S. Health Regulation laws, there will be no refunds or returns accepted for swimwear and/or undergarments and hosiery. All costumes purchased between October 15th and November 4th may not be returned regardless of the circumstance.
Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?
A: We do accept money orders. It is easy to pay with your debit or credit card or e-check thru Paypal. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS thru Paypal -- even if you are not a Paypal member. Paypal is a very safe method of making payment on purchases.
Q: What are the shipping charges to my country outside the USA?
A: Please email us prior to ordering and we will determine what your cost will be to ship to your country.
A: Yes. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified of special sales that go on throughout the year and new items we have available.
A: Indigobluedragonfly is a Verified Premier Paypal Seller. This has some special significance. It means that we have a proven and reliable selling record with Paypal. It costs you nothing to use Paypal and is more secure than just transmitting your card information over the internet. We never see your detailed payment info. Only Paypal knows that. Once they receive your payment, they notify us immediately of your order.
Q: Will I receive my order on time? A: Many of our items are available for immediate shipment and most ship within 24 hours of your order. Some items are coming from our warehouse to us first and those may take 3-5 days prior to shipping out to you. If you have a deadline, please email and we can let you know a definite timeline for shipment to you. Your satisfaction is important and we ship as quickly as possibly Monday through Saturday - 6 days per week.
